What we are studying

The goal of the study is to more accurately measure emotions to better understand the relationships between emotions and behaviors, including HIV self-care behaviors.

Why it is important

Emotions are known to influence behaviors, however, the way we measure emotions may not accurately assess them. Improved measurement of emotions may increase our understanding of how emotions affect behaviors, including health-related self-care behaviors.

What we hope to accomplish

This study will help us to more accurately measure emotions and the relationships between emotions and behaviors, which may inform interventions to improve health-related self-care behaviors.
